Therapy & Services

A calm space to talk, reflect, and feel supported

Therapy offers a place to slow down and make sense of what you’re carrying. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or simply disconnected from yourself, therapy can help you feel more grounded and supported in daily life.

You don’t need to have a clear goal or know exactly what you want to work on. We begin with what feels most present for you.

Individual Therapy for Adults

I offer one-to-one therapy for adults in a confidential, supportive setting.

This space is for you if you’re:

  • Feeling anxious, on edge, or constantly overthinking

  • Experiencing burnout or emotional exhaustion

  • Struggling with self-criticism or low self-worth

  • Finding relationships challenging or emotionally draining

  • Navigating life changes, identity shifts, or motherhood

  • Feeling disconnected, stuck, or unsure of yourself

Therapy with me is collaborative and gentle. There’s no pressure to talk about anything before you’re ready. Some sessions may feel reflective and quiet, while others may feel clarifying or emotionally releasing.

My Approach

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Our sessions are shaped around your experiences, your pace, and what feels right for you.

I work in a way that is:

  • Compassionate and non-judgemental

  • Trauma-aware and emotionally safe

  • Practical as well as reflective

  • Focused on understanding, not “fixing” you

You’re not broken. Something in you is responding to life, and together we’ll explore that with care.

What Therapy Can Support

Therapy can be helpful if you’re experiencing:

  • Anxiety or panic

  • Chronic stress or burnout

  • Low mood or emotional numbness

  • Relationship or attachment difficulties

  • Sexual addiction

  • Trauma from previous experiences

  • A sense of feeling lost or disconnected

You don’t need to fit into a specific category to benefit from therapy. If something doesn’t feel right, it’s enough to explore it together.

Online & In-Person Therapy

I offer online and in-person sessions, making therapy accessible and flexible around your life.

Whether you’re fitting sessions around work, family, or simply need the comfort of your own space, we’ll find something that works for you.

If you’re considering therapy, you don’t need to be certain or ready to commit long-term.

A free consultation offers a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and see whether it feels like the right fit for you.

You’re very welcome to reach out when it feels right.
